Key point
There is no universally best car park resin. Start with slab type, moisture, movement, exposure and traffic, then compare complete epoxy, polyurethane or PMMA systems against those requirements.

Start with the deck
Confirm whether the slab is ground-bearing or suspended and whether it is exposed or sheltered. Check substrate moisture, coating adhesion, cracks and joints before comparing product families.
Compare complete build-ups
Use current manufacturer data to compare the relevant performance: wear, movement accommodation, waterproofing, texture and service conditions. A resin name alone is not a specification.
Consider the installation window
The work programme must include preparation, repairs, application and curing. Application temperature, ventilation and retained access can narrow the suitable options.
Specification evidence
Request current technical data for the proposed complete system. Confirm the relevant preparation method, moisture limits, movement capability, layer build-up, surface texture, application conditions and return-to-service requirements before installation.
